APICS has posted both an online and a downloadable version of the eligibility application for the June 17, 2006, exam. The online version is integrated with the APICS database, which means that applicants must be logged into the APICS Web site before they can complete the application. If applicants do not wish to go through the Web site log in process, they can access the downloadable version of the application and return it by fax. Both versions of the application are accompanied by guidelines for the application process. APICS will respond to applicants via e-mail within two weeks of receiving an application.
Eligibility applications must be received at APICS by April 28, 2006, to be eligible for the June exam. Individuals who have not applied or have not received approval of their eligibility application will not be allowed to register for the June exam.
Individuals who received approval for their eligibility applications before the March pilot exam will not be required to apply again. Once an eligibility application is approved, the candidate may register for exams in the future without having to reapply
